Make your own freezer cookies ready to bake.
Next time you decide to make cookies, make 2 batches or more. Bake the amount of cookies you want for the night. Scoop the remaining batter into quart size ziplock freezer bags. Flatten the bags down to about 1 inch thick and remove all the air, seal. Mark on the outside of the bag with the type of cookie and the time and temperature to bake at. ( Chocolate chip, 8-10 min 375F) Freeze then the next time your in the mood for cookies just thaw on the counter for about an hour. Using kitchen sheers (scissors) cut he bag open on 2 additional sides, so that it lays flat. cut dough into 1 inch sqaures and place on the cookie sheet to bake!
